On the streets of the capital we see homeless people everyday and we encounter beggars. This interference in our daily life causes pity, confusion, a desire to help, and sometimes just annoyance or anger. How to perceive homelessness? What can be done to help? What changes must occur to reduce the risk of getting on the street?
