DISCUSSION: STREET FOOD AS AN EXPERIENCE

Street food is an important part of urban culture. In fact, Moscow almost does not have it. Street food projects are presented mostly at festivals. The system of auto cafe and fudtrak has never received a clear legal regulation. Many food tents were demolished. In addition, there is a lack of the most food-content, iconic dishes that would be associated with the typical Russian street food. How should street food develop in Moscow?
