Moscow Urban FEST is a festival about cities and people who live in them.
The festival includes more than a hundred cultural and educational events. In the very center of Moscow, we hold lectures by outstanding speakers from all over the world, seminars, debates, walks around the city, master classes, sports and children’s events.
More than 200 thousand people gather at the event to discuss their city, its changes and create an open dialogue between citizens and leading experts.
Every year we dedicate Moscow Urban FEST to one important topic.
The theme for 2018 was «Linking Generations», for 2019 the theme was «City. Attention. Umwelt».
The 2021 festival has its main theme designated as «Re: City. Life in a new era». We studied new urban transformations and our urban identity. Due to the epidemiological situation, the format of the Festival was hybrid and you could join all our events online.
The Moscow Urban FEST team is already preparing the festival program for 2022 and very soon we will return to you with details, but for now it’s time to recall the best lectures and webinars of this year.

MUF COMMUNITY AWARDS is a platform for the exchange of knowledge and creative ideas, and the projects presented as part of the competition program are a source of inspiration for future generations of urban innovators, thanks to whose professionalism and strength of creative thinking Moscow will continue to become more technologically advanced, brighter, more beautiful and more convenient for citizens.
The focus of these awards will be those projects and the organizations that have greatly changed and defined the development of various spheres of urban life.
