Who came up with this idea?
The I Love Supersport sports school, as well as international fitness trainer and nutrition consultant Alexandra Poroshina, cardiologist Alexey Utin, nutritional specialist and endocrinologist Batima Ermekova, and mindfulness coach Darya Pepelyaeva.
What is it?
A four-week online course consisting of daily exercises aimed at shaping healthy physical and mental habits. This programme was developed based on recommendations from international health and sports-related organizations. These exercises can easily fit into any working schedule.
