Moscow’s government launched in summer 2017 a program aimed at renovating the obsolete housing. Over the course of ten years, Moscow will see over 4, 5 thousand 50-60-year-old houses demolished an over 20 million square meters of new housing constructed, which is expected to improve the living conditions for 1, 5 million Muscovites.
