Maxim Yevdokimov has been Vice President and Head of Mobile at Tinkoff Bank since May 2013.
Tinkoff puts a special focus on mobile business, offering mobile apps both for its customer base and beyond it.
Maxim is leading Tinkoff mobile team in the development of its award-winning mobile apps,
including Tinkoff Mobile Bank (recognized as the best mobile bank in Russia in 2013-2015 by
Deloitte), MoneyTalk (an app that combines an instant mobile messenger with money transfers – recognized as the best non–bank app in Russia in 2015), Traffic Fines App (the most popular mobile app for traffic fines check&pay services in Russia).
Prior to joining Tinkoff, from 2012 to 2013, Maxim was head of Mobi.Dengi, a mobile payment
service. From 2009 to 2011, Maxim was head of Summa Telecom Ukraine, an internet provider,
having built the company from scratch.
In 2005-2008, Maxim worked in the telecommunications industry and provided consulting services to Azerfon, a mobile operator in Azerbaijan, helping the company rapidly grow its subscriber base.
In 2004, Maxim was Head of the Product and Service Development Department at Megafon. He
joined Sonic Duo, which subsequently became MegaFon-Moscow, in 2001.
In 1997-2001, Maxim held various positions at Independent Media.
Maxim graduated cum laude from Moscow State University of Culture and Arts with a degree in
Media Management.
