A pioneer of meat gastronomy in Russia: a man who managed to convince the inhabitants of the Krasnodar Territory that a shish kebab is not the best use for a good piece of meat. With brilliance having realized in the Kuban capital the project "Skotina" and having gathered 60 Russian meat producers under the wing of its cooperative, Tahir decided to acquaint his Moscow residents with his philosophy. His restaurants are the only ones where the notion of "Kuban steak" was introduced and turned into a brand.
