Alexei Komissarov

Vice-Rector of RANEPA, Director of the Higher School of Public Administration

He supervises the implementation of the programme for training the personnel management reserve of the country and the organisation of the All-Russian competition of managers Leaders of Russia’. 

From 1993–2011, he supervised his own business – the companies Autorepair Systems.

In 2010–2011, he founded and managed the InCube business incubator.

From 2011–2015, he worked as the Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship.

From 2015–2017, he headed the Industrial Development Fund.

Since 2017, he has been the pro-rector of RANEPA and the Director of the Graduate School of Public Administration.

On 26 June 2018, he was appointed General Director of Autonomous Nonprofit Organisation ‘Russia - Country of Opportunities’ by an order of the Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.
