Andrey Shipelov

Shipelov was the Director for Development of OJSC Russian Venture Company, the largest Russian state venture fund. He himself invested in a number of projects in various industries, including mobile commerce, medical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, etc. He is an expert in working groups under the Government of the Russian Federation. He is one of the shareholders of RT-Invest Transport Systems LLC, which is implementing a federal project to create a charging system for trucks weighing more than 12 tons. Andrey Shipelov's team manages companies that carry out all kinds of waste collection, transportation, sorting, processing, and utilisation in the Republic of Tatarstan and in Moscow.At the moment, JSC RT-Invest is implementing a project to build four plants for the thermal processing of waste into energy in the territory of the Moscow Region and one in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Shipelov graduated from the Volga-Vyatka Academy of State Service with a degree in State Regulation of Economics.
