Architect and city planner Daniela Allmeier manages planning studio RAUMPOSITION, based in Vienna.  The studio’s core competences are designing complex and “tailor made” planning processes - especially where dialogical aspects are of major importance, developing big- and small-scale urban design projects, regional development strategies and managing international competitions in architecture and urban planning. 

RAUMPOSITION distinguishes itself by its extraordinary and experimental approach to planning projects where the know-how in town planning, integrated urban development, strategic project development as well as the expertise in process and communication design are perfectly merged.

Allmeier  frequently publishes on urban development subjects of various contexts, and regularly serves on diverse juries of architecture and urban projects.

Furthermore, Daniela Allmeier holds classes in urban planning and urban design in the bachelor and master program of Spatial Planning at the University of Technology in Vienna.

Daniela has studied Architecture at the University of Technology in Vienna and Graz, Austria as well as at the Shenzhen University in China. Her academic achievement was awarded with the ArchDiploma Prize of the University of Technology and the Rudolf-Wurzer-Prize, conferred by the City of Vienna.
