Dirk Jarré

Dirk is the partner in the EU research project “Social Innovation on Active and Healthy Ageing for Sustainable Economic Growth”, SIforAGE and civil society representative in the governmental “Working Group on Ageing” of the UNECE and its Bureau Advisor of the President of the Economic and Social Committee of the European Union during the period of her mandate.

He was the vice-chair of the Task Force “Monitoring the Regional Implementation Strategy on Ageing” of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, UNECE and the vice-president of the “Platform of European NGOs of the Social Sector” – Brussels President of the “European Federation of Older Persons”, EURAG, the oldest European transnational civil society organisation of and for senior citizens.

Dirk is the delegate in the “Consultative Committee on Industrial Change”, CCMI, in the European Economic and Social Committee.
