MOSCOW URBAN FORUM — is the largest international congress on the development challenges of global megacities. The Forum has been held annually since 2011.

Gabriel is a Co-Chair of the T20 (Think 20) Climate Action and Infrastructure for Development task force, SPURS Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and founder of the MIT Metro Lab initiative.
Gabriel is the Director of the Postgraduate Program on Metropolitan Urbanism, University of Buenos Aires.
He is an Architect and Urban Planner from the University of Buenos Aires and MA in Urban Economics from Torcuato Di Tella University.
