Leonid Kazinets

Leonid Kazinets is the President of NOZA, the All-Russian Association of the National Association of Housing Developers, a member of the RUIE Administrative Office, Chairman of the RUIE Commission on Housing Policy and Construction, a member of the Government Commission on Competition and Development of Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship, and the Head of the ASI (Agency for Strategic Initiatives) Working Group for Construction.

For his achievements in the public sphere, he has twice received awards for Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation, Gratitude of the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as the Honorary Badge of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation. He is an Honoured Builder of the Russian Federation. 

He is a key contributor in public and legislative activities to improve housing policy and increase the affordability of housing. 

Athletic achievements: international master of sports in parachuting, multiple award winner of global and European competitions, and world record holder (twice entered in the Guinness Book of Records).
