In 2000 Micha co-foundered the "Bauhaus Center Tel Aviv". Since then Micha is the head of the Center which aims the national and international recognition of the "White City" as a heritage site. The center publishes books about the modernist architecture of Tel Aviv and it produces exhibitions. Gross edited the publications: "Preservation and Renewal: Bauhaus and International Style Buildings in Tel Aviv" (2015) and "Between the Private and Public Domains" (2016).
Gross is a frequent speaker at events concerning modernist heritage sites: in the last few years Micha has been guest speaker in Switzerland (2015) (University of Lucerne, University of Lugano, University of Bern), at the "Denkmal 2016" in Leipzig, Germany, at the Politecnico di Milano, Italy (2016) and at Riga Technical University, Latvia (in spring 2018). Moreover, Gross is actively involved in several research projects in cooperation with different academic institutions. Micha was research assistant professor at the Psychological Institute University of Zurich (1990 -1994).
Micha studied psychology at the University of Zurich and got PhD at the Technion Haifa - Israel Institute of Technology in 1990.
