Since 2016, Roman Latypov has served as First Deputy Head of Metro Service for Strategic Development and Customer Relations.
He has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (currently the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration), as well as a Summa Cum Laude Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bedfordshire University, the United Kingdom.
Latypov manages a staff of over 5,600 metropolitan employees in eight subdivisions.
At the Metro Service, Roman is in charge of investments, Metro Service strategic development issues, Moscow Central Circle development and operation, passenger services development, ticket distribution and register operations, non-ticket-based income, property and land relations, and external relations.
