MOSCOW URBAN FORUM — is the largest international congress on the development challenges of global megacities. The Forum has been held annually since 2011.

First Deputy Head of the Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow - Chief Inspector in the field of state protection of cultural heritage of Moscow
1998–2005 – served in various positions (from Inspector to Team Lead) in the Legal Department (Main Legal Department) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
2005–2012 – worked in the Central Office of the Government of the Russian Federation as Deputy Head of the Department, and Head of the Office of the Administrative Department of the Government of the Russian Federation.
From March 2012 – Deputy Head of the Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow, and Chief Inspector for state protection of the cultural heritage of Moscow.
On 30 June 2015, he was appointed First Deputy Head of the Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow, Chief Inspector for state protection of the cultural heritage of Moscow.
