Vladimir Pozner is Russian and American journalist, TV host, the first President of the Russian Television Academy (1994–2008), and author. He hosts his own show Pozner on Channel One.
Pozner was awarded the Gold Medal of the Better World Society (USA, 1997), and the Foreign Reporters Association awarded him the Dmitry Kholodov award for Best Reportage about Russia. Nine-time winner of the TEFI National Television Competition, and three-time winner of National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (USA) awards.
