Alexei Fursin

In 1997, Alexey graduated from the State University of Land Use Planning in Moscow. From 1997 until 2001, he studied at the Russian Presidential Academy of State Administration.

From 1997 until 1998, Alexey was a leading specialist in the department of federal lands of the Land Reform administration of the Russian State Committee on land resources and land management. In 1998, Alexey became a leading specialist in the department of federal lands of the Land Policy Department of the Russian Ministry of land, construction and utilities. From December 1998 until August 2000, he worked as a leading specialist in the department of federal lands at the National and Municipal Land Administration, was an adviser and deputy head of the National Land Administration of the Russian State Committee on Land Policy.

In 2000, Alexey became the head of the department of law-drafting activities of the Land Reform Administration and worked as deputy head of the Land Reform Administration. Until 2004, Alexey served as the head of the department of law-drafting activities and standard and methodology support for the Department of Land Policy of the Russian Ministry of Property Relations.

In 2004, Alexey was appointed deputy head of the Movable and Immovable Property Administration of the Federal Agency for State Property Management and stayed at this position until 2007. From 2007 until 2008, he worked as deputy general manager for the allocation of public ownership of land and regional development at the Directorate of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Federal Computer Centre of Fund and Commercial Information Technology (FT Centre)".

In 2008, Alexey took over as the head of the Department of Land and Property. Until October 2015, he served as first deputy director general of the Federal Housing Construction Fund (RZS FUND). In September 2016, he was appointed first deputy head of the Department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurship of Moscow.

In February 2017, Alexey Fursin was appointed head of the Department of science, industrial policy and entrepreneurship of Moscow. On 21 September 2018, he was appointed head of the Department of entrepreneurship and innovative development of Moscow.
