Alexei Novikov

Alexei is the President of Habidatum, an urban scientist and entrepreneur. Prior to Habidatum, he was a Managing Director at Standard & Poor’s and at Thomson Reuters and the Dean of the HSE Graduate School of Urbanism. He also was a consultant with the World Bank and other international financial organizations on infrastructure finance. Alexei holds a PhD in Regional and Urban Studies. He has been a research fellow and visiting professor of urban science in American and European universities. Besides Habidatum Alexei launched two successful startups: EA-Ratings (acquired by Standard Poor's) and Geograffity.
