Andrei Novikov

Since November 2017 Andrei Novikov is a Deputy Mayor of Tallinn, responsible for urban planning and transport. He was a Member of Estonian Parliament (2015-2017), Head of Tallinn Kristiine District (2011-2015), Deputy Head of Tallinn Lasnamäe District (2007-2011). Andrei also was an Advisor to the Mayor of Tallinn in municipal engineering and city budget (2005-2007) and an Advisor to the Deputy Mayor of Tallinn, responsible for municipal engineering and environment (2005).
