Anton Kulbachevsky

In 1989, Anton Kulbachevsky graduated the M. V. Frunze Higher Naval School with honours. In 2013, he received a second diploma fr om the Russian Presidential Academy of State Administration, wh ere he studied public administration with a concentration in ecology and environmental management. Civilian rank: Class-3 State Councillor of the Russian Federation, Class-1 active State Councillor of Moscow.

In 2010, Anton was appointed head of Moscow Department for Environmental Management and Protection.

Awards: Honored Worker of Nature Conservation (from the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment), Outstanding Worker of Nature Conservation (Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment), badge of honour "For Distinction in Service" (Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment), official gratitude from the Mayor of Moscow, medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the Second Degree.
