Since 2018, he has led the Architects.rf educational program implemented by the Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture and Design for Russian architects and city planners. 2016-2018 — as a senior expert at the Center for Strategic Research (CSR), he was involved in the “Spatial Development” and “Communication Policy” projects with emphasis on the new urban policy, housing and metropolitan area development. 2014-2016 — project manager in the Office of the Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Moscow Government. He contributed to a strategy for developing pedestrian and bicycle transportation infrastructure within the city of Moscow, and the development of regulations and public services. 2012-2014 — held various positions in non-profit organizations, specializing in strategic planning and communications.
Artem implemented a number of research projects under his own company's brand - URBAN St’14. Co-author of training courses on urban design under the RANEPA Institute of Social Sciences. Tutor for the GaidPark Winter Debate School of the Yegor Gaidar Foundation.
