Denis Bondar

Denis Bondar is design strategist with background in architecture and tech. As an architect, Denis has worked with OMA in New York and Rotterdam, primarily specializing in development of concepts. As design strategist, he participated in development of concepts and launch of several projects in tech, culture and real estate. Alumni of Strelka Institute’s program exploring the intersection of physical space and the potential of the emerging technologies. Most recently, Denis has worked with Cushman & Wakefield, Tishman Speyer, Axel Springer и General Electric, helping them contextualize opportunities, and better harness potential of the networked world. Denis is co-founder of Today®, strategic consultancy operating at the intersection of business, real estate and technology.
