Felix Loh

Felix Loh has previously held several key positions in National Parks Board (NParks) and Ministry of National Development.

He began his career in NParks after graduating with a Bachelor of Horticulture (Science) from Massey University, New Zealand under a Singapore Government Scholarship. Mr Loh also holds a Master of Science in Floriculture & Ornamental Horticulture from Cornell University, USA.

Over the course of his career, Mr Loh had accumulated some 20 years of experience in parks management, horticulture and landscape industry development, and policy development. Prior to his current appointment, Loh was the Senior Director of Corporate Development of Ministry of National Development charged with the full spectrum of human resources, finance, information technology, and corporate services of the 14,000 strong Ministry. In recognition for his dedicated service, he was awarded the Public Administrative Service (Bronze) in 2005 and Public Administrative Service (Silver) in 2012.
