For more than twenty years, he has been occupying top management positions, including 15 years as Director General in branches of international corporations. He specialises in start-ups in new markets and countries, launching new businesses in major holdings.
In 1995, Kirill Kaem supervised establishing a regional network of the Swedish company Oriflame in Povolzhye, which later became one of the biggest taxpayers in the region.
In 2000, he started working in Germany, at the central headquarters of Varta. After it merged with the American holding Spectrum Brands, he was in charge of the company's merged operations in Russia for 8 years. In 2008, he re-launched the German-American holding JAFRA international in Russia, boosting its margin figures by 40%.
In 2009, he became the director of the Russian holding Hygiene Kinetics, the largest manufacturer of cellulose and paper products. Over the next two years, their sales soared exceeding the market growth by a few times thanks to the introduction of new product categories.
In 2011–2013, Kirill headed a new division at Alfa Group – the largest federal clinic chain Alfa – Health Centre. In just a year, their revenue doubled, while the chain grew by a third.
Since 2013, he is a member of the board of directors and co-founder of the international medical centre Medklaster, which was created at the initiative of Sberbank in partnership with Strategy Group Partners and potential cooperation of Johns Hopkins Medicine International.
