Klaus Overmeyer

Overmeyer is international mentor moderator, jury member and strategic consultant in numerous urban transformation projects. At the interface of urban design, planning and participation he succeeds in creating future models for cities and spaces by a stakeholder oriented approach. Since 2010 he is professor for landscape architecture at Bergische Universität Wuppertal.
The office´s philosophy is deeply rooted in an optimistic attitude towards the transformation of the contemporary urban landscape. Within the complex processes of urban change, Urban Catalyst develops participative models for the design and use of spaces in transformation for cities, private enterprises and civil organizations.
