Konstantin Voytsekhovich

Advocacy Adviser, UNAIDS RST EECA

Konstantin Voytsekhovich has joined the United Nations Joint Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) in 2015. He currently works as a Regional Advocacy Adviser at the UNAIDS Regional Office for Eastern Europe and Central Asia (RST EECA) in Moscow, Russia. 
 
He has over 20 years of experience in the international organizations, corporate sector, government, journalism and media, both nationally and internationally as well as academic achievements in the field of the international media studies. 

Konstantin Voytsekhovich has served twice with the Russian Government in the capacities of an Assistant / Press secretary to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister of Russian Federation. 

Prior to Joining UNAIDS Konstantin Voytsekhovich has served for over six years as a Director of Corporate Affairs (External Affairs / Communications and Government Relations) at a major (investment of over USD 25 billion) international  (shareholders – Shell, Gazprom, Mitsui and Mitsubishi) Sakhalin-2 integrated oil & gas project on Sakhalin island in the Russian Far-East. 

Konstantin Voytsekhovich has graduated from the Lomonossov Moscow State University and holds a PhD degree in philology.
