MOSCOW URBAN FORUM — is the largest international congress on the development challenges of global megacities. The Forum has been held annually since 2011.

Liora Shechter leads the municipality's Smart City approach by developing a personal, proactive service for the residence – DIGITEL. Shechter developed a new approach to collaborate with the city flourishing start-up community. She is also the chairman of the municipal CIO Forum in Israel.
