Pavel Chistyakov is highly engaged in development of the key documents on transportation and mobility planning. In 2004 – 2007 he was Scientific Officer, Department of Economic and Social Geography of Russia, Lomonosov Moscow State University, 2007 – 2009, Scientific Officer, Department of Economic and Social Geography of Russia, Lomonosov Moscow State University, 2009 – 2011, Leading expert of “Center for Strategic Research”, 2011 – 2013, Director of the Department for Cooperation with the regions of the fund “Center for Strategic Research”. Since 2014 he holds the position of Vice-President in Infrastructure Economics Centre.
