Sara Vinterhav

Sara Vinterhav graduated from the architecture department at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm in 2003. She has extensive experience of planning, designing, and managing projects such as housing, retail and public transport in complex city environments. After several years as partner at Tema architects and later as managing director of the urban planning group at Sweco she founded the Studio Vinterhav in year 2016. The studio is based in Stockholm and works with urban architecture, design and public transports - always with a sustainable approach.

Studio Vinterhav is contracted to the Extended Metro Administration at Stockholm County Council to coordinate the design and planning of the eleven new metro stations that are currently being planned. The studio is also contracted to manage the expansion of the depots to meet the needs from the extended Metro.
