Among Steve Yiu Hong Kong projects are the 1.1 million sq.m. mixed-use complex at Airport Express Line Kowloon Station, and LOHAS Park built above the railway depot of Tseung Kwan O Line, providing 25,500 homes to house some 68,000 people.
Steve Yiu, Principal Advisor – Property Planning in MTR (Mass Transit Railway Corporation), joined the company in 1996. He has over 20 years’ practical experience in initiating and managing the Corporation’s property development planning for integrated transit-oriented developments under Hong Kong’s unique «rail-plus-property» model, working in close partnership with the Government and private developers on the implementation of new metro projects through land value capture.
