Mr. Pei Xiao who entered the workplace in 1988, currently takes charge as the Deputy Director-Generalof Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing, Urban-Rural Development and Management.
Current responsibilities of mr. Pei Xiao are the comprehensive supervision and administration of the construction market and building materials market, the supervision and administration of quality and safety of projects in the construction industry, the management of standards and quotas, the management of energy conservation of buildings, the development of green buildings, and the promotion of building industrialization.
