Vadim Izotov

Before joining VTB in 2015, Mr. Izotov for three years headed Directorate for state, regional and municipal electronic products in the Bank of Moscow which was responsible for such products as Muscovite’s social card, Moscow EIRTS system (United information-computing center) and major transport projects.

Before changing to the banking sphere Mr. Izotov for four years headed IT department in Rostelecom (PJSC). After that he managed business development activities in Integrated Service Group - a major IT company.

Vadim Izotov graduated from St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, multiple times ranked at the top of the list of most professional IT directors in Russia
