Vladimir Kirienko

In 2005 he graduated from the National Research University High School of Economy, studying company economics and finance, then in 2014 he graduated from Skolkovo Moscow School of Management receiving his Executive MBA degree.

From 2005 until 2011 Vladimir was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Volga telecom company as well as a member and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC ACB SarovBusinessBank.

In 2008–2011 he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nizhegorodpromstroybank. Since 2011 he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC Capital. Vladimir has gained extensive expertise in direct investments in Russian companies and IT business.
Vladimir Kirienko has held the position Senior Vice President for Business Development and Management of Rostelecom since September 2016. As of December 2017 Vladimir Kirienko is First Vice President of Rostelecom.

Currently he is a member of governing bodies of the following organizations: member of the board of directors of JSC TsTV, T2 RTC Holding LLC, Open Mobile Platform LLC, Votron LLC and Media Telecom LLC.
