For over ten years, Alena Ermakova, Head of the Moscow Food Academy, has been involved with gastronomic projects that change the lives and behaviour of the public. From 2012 to 2017, she was the co-owner of the dinner party club Stay Hungry. From 2013 to 2017, she co-organised street food parties that turned into Stay Hungry backyard street food festivals. From 2015 to 2016, she was part of a creative multidisciplinary team working on a new concept design for the first new-format market in Moscow, Danilovsky. From 2017 to 2018, she co-authored the concept for the Urban Weekend regional festivals for Strelka and the House of the Russian Federation. Since 2019, she has been a co-organiser of the gastronomical entertainment festival Martini Time.
