Anastasia Vinnikova is Wellbeing Lead at the Bank of England, the Central Bank of the United Kingdom. In her role, Anastasia is responsible for all elements of workplace wellbeing, including interventions and preventative initiatives across physical, psychological, financial and social wellbeing. Her work is not only internally focussed on colleagues at the Bank, but also looks to encourage other organisation in wellbeing best practice, whilst also learning from them.
A passionate mental health advocate, Anastasia is Co-Chair of the Thriving from the Start Network – a mental health network for those early in their careers – and the founder of Winning Minds, a mental health resource for sportspeople. Anastasia has been recognised for her efforts in the mental health and wellbeing field with short-listings for a number of awards, and is the winner of the 2020 Not a Red Card ‘Breaking the Silence’ award.
