Anna Merkulova is a high-class expert in transport construction and author of more than hundred projects of complex engineering structures in Moscow agglomeration. She was directly involved in the implementation of the first Russian public-private partnership projects in road construction and the key “Big Moscow” urban planning programs.
In 2014, Anna Merkulova consolidated the longest-standing engineering institutes – Mosproekt-3, Mospromproekt and MNIITEP – into the largest engineering center in Russia with the full range of services in design & engineering and construction of urban facilities. In the shortest possible time, she eliminated the Group of Companies’ losses, re-assigned the team competencies, diversified the services and considerably increased the Group of Companies’ project portfolio. Being an active participant in Russia's Digital Economy program, Anna Merkulova progressively implements BIM technologies into the holding’s activities and forms an industry regulatory framework.
Anna Merkulova is awarded the Medal of the Order for Services to the Fatherland; the Medal for Services in Transport Construction; recognized as the Engineer of the Year in the field of metro construction by the experts of the Tunnel Association of Russia.
