Born in Moscow, 26 March 1972
In 1994, Arkady graduated from the economics department of Lomonosov Moscow State University, then from the Russian School of Economics with a master's degree in economics.
From 1994–1997, Arkady worked as an expert with the Economics Expert Group of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
From 1997–2000, he served as head of the Economics Expert Group of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
In August 2000, he was appointed advisor to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.
In 2001, he was appointed Deputy Minister for Economic Development and Trade of the Russian Federation.
In April 2004, he became head of the Expert Administration of the President of the Russian Federation.
On 13 May 2008, he became assistant to the President of the Russian Federation.
31 December 2009, President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev appointed Mr. Dvorkovich a member of the working group for the developing and commercialising an independent R&D facility.
21 May 2021, Mr. Dvorkovich became Deputy Chair of the Government of the Russian Federation.
In May 2018, he was appointed Co-chair of the Skolkovo Foundation.
In September 2018, Mr. Dvorkovich became a member of the Presidential Council for Economic Modernisation and Innovative Development of Russia.
In September 2018, Mr. Dvorkovich was appointed Chair of the Skolkovo Foundation.
