Bella is an architect, educator, expert in the development of territories and public spaces, expert in participatory design and spaces for children.
She's a partner at the architecture firm Friendship, co-founder and curator of the programmes developed by the educational workshop Dragon Project (formerly the Horses on the Balcony).
Bella is a lecturer and participant in international architectural and educational conferences and seminars.
She has been a lead architect and curator of interactions at the design firm Wowhaus. She curated the educational programmes at MARCH Architecture School.
She co-authored the urban spaces design methodology City for Children.
She also co-authored a set of methodological recommendations titled How to Design a Schoolyard: Participatory Design in Cooperation with Children and School Community (Moscow, 2021). She is also a consultant for writing methodological recommendations titled Neuro-Dynamic Approach to Creating Urban Play Areas (published in Moscow in 2021).
Projects: the renovation of the Moscow Zoo, the renovation of Krasnogvardeisky Ponds park, the development of the Northern water and cultural cluster in Moscow, the pilot programmes for the improvement of municipal courtyards in Moscow and Tatarstan, custom-designed playgrounds in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast and Tatarstan. Educational programmes at the Polytechnic Museum, the Institute of Russian Realistic Arts, the Garage Museum and MARCH Architecture School.
