Dmitry Moskalenko

Dmitry Moskalenko was born on the 29th of August, 1977, in Volgograd Region, Russian. In 1994, he graduated from secondary school in the Rostov region. From 1994 to 1999, he studied at Vladikavkaz Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, majoring in jurisprudence, earned a master's degree. From 1999 to 2001, he served in the internal troops (currently, National Guard of the Russian Federation) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. In 2012, he received an MBA degree from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (Faculty of Economics and Real Estate Management). MBA degree.
