Dmitry Volkov

Dmitry Volkov is the Managing Director of Samolet Group
In 2008, he graduated from the physics department of Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in the Physics of Nanostructures.
In 2019, he completed the Digital Transformation Management programme at the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo. In 2020, he completed a professional development programme at the New Economic School
He began his real estate career in 2005 in retail and consultancy. He has been developing mass-market residential real estate since 2016. With more than 15 years in real estate, Dmitry has helped implement projects of over 150 million square metres of total floor space in 30 cities across Russia. Since 2008, he has been teaching his own course at the National Research University Higher School of Economics as part of the MBA programme in real estate. In 2020, he was awarded the Leaders of Russia and Global Management Challenge awards.
He joined Samolet Group in November 2017, responsible for sales, marketing, analytics, product development; developing the management company, investing in new businesses and developing a client-oriented service ecosystem.
