Prior to coming to work for VTB Capital in 2011 Yevgeny Trusov worked with Ernst&Young for more than 15 years, over the latest few years as a partner in charge of CIS corporate financing team.
Yevgeny Trusov managed financing and implementation of major infrastructure concessions in VTB’s portfolio, such as WHSD and М-11 highway. At present Yevgeny Trusov is a member of the board of directors of Two Capitals Highway consortium (Concession for Sections 7 and 8 of М-11 highway), National Logistics Technologies company – a joint project of Russian Post and VTB Group, he is a member of the board of directors of a project company– concessioner of toll bridge crossings in the Republic of Udmurtiya. Trusov previously worked as a financial advisor for government agencies and investors in infrastructure projects, in particular, he consulted customers and creditors of the first pilot PPP projects in the RF, such as construction of the Central Ring Road and Pulkovo Airport reconstruction. Yevgeny Trusov participated in merger and acquisition transactions in a number of industries and in the service sector.
Yevgeny Trusov graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, he has an MBA diploma from the Chicago University School of Business. Yevgeny Trusov is awarded with second-class medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland.
