Born in Moscow.
Graduated with honors from the Physics Department of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1993. Graduated from the Faculty of Physics at Lomonosov Moscow State University, specializing in atmospheric physics.
Candidate of Sciences (Ph.D.) in Physics and Mathematics.
In 2000 she received her second higher education at the Moscow State Law Academy, specializing in jurisprudence.
In 1993, she worked as an engineer in the monitoring department of Prima JV; in 1995, she was appointed chief specialist at Prima-M. From 2001 to 2012, she was director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Mosecomonitoring".
From December 7, 2012, she was admitted to the civil service of the city of Moscow, was appointed Deputy Head of the Department of Nature Management and Environmental Protection of Moscow, is a state secretary of the Department.
