Kirill Tesler is an architect, urbanist and specialist in the development of a comfortable urban environment. He supervised the implementation of more than 100 projects on creating public buildings, urban spaces and parks. All his projects follow the principles of sustainable development and interaction between various user groups.
One of his most significant projects is the eco-resort Park Yauza. It is a large park located in the floodplain of five rivers, uniting two federal entities. 600 hectares of green territory preserve biodiversity in the centre of the megacity and provide various environmental services for its residents. Kirill Tesler designed a master plan for the development of this territory, developed a unified design code and formulated the principles of its connectivity and openness.
Kirill Tesler graduated from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering and works there as an associate professor; he has a Ph.D. in architecture. In addition to his career in architecture, he has been teaching at his alma mater for 10 years. He was nominated for awards at numerous architectural competitions and exhibitions and was awarded two golden signs at Zodchestvo, an International Festival of Architecture, for designs of public spaces.
