Maksim Liksutov

In 2007 Maksim Liksutov graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. In 2005-2008 he was a member of board of directors in “Transgroup”. From 2009 to 2010 he served as CEO in Aeroexpress Ltd. Since 2011 Maksim Liksutov was Mayor’s Moscow transport and road development advisor. In December 2011 Liksutov was appointed for Head of the Moscow Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development at the Mayor’s direction. In Mayor’s executive order in September 2012 he was appointed to the post of Deputy Mayor of Moscow in the Government of Moscow, Head of the Moscow Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development.
