Dr Melita Vujnovic is WHO Representative to the Russian Federation since March 2017. Prior to that, she was the WHO Representative to Kazakhstan. She has worked as the Deputy Head of WHO Country Office and as the National coordinator of public health, at the WHO Country office, Belgrade, Serbia. She is a medical doctor graduated from the Medical Faculty, University of Belgrade, Serbia. She has completed courses at several postgraduate institutes including the European Centre for Peace and Development, United nations peace University and the Boston School of Public Health, US. She is proficient in several languages including English, Russian, German, and Serbian.
