Natalia Sergunina graduated from the faculty of law of Moscow State University. From 2000 to 2004 she worked at Ministry as a consultant, an advisor, a deputy head in the Department of Legal Support and Protection. Since 2004 she served as a Deputy head of the Department and as a Head of the Department in Federal Agency for State property management.
In 2008 Ministry of Economic Development appointed Natalia Sergunina to the post of the Deputy head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management.
At the Mayor's order she was appointed to the post of the Moscow Deputy Mayor and the Head of the Department of Municipal Property of Moscow in 2010. Then she was appointed for Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations in 2011 and Vice-Deputy Mayor in the Department for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations in 2013. Serving as Moscow Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations since September 2013, Natalia Sergunina was appointed to the post of Deputy Mayor, Chief of Staff to the Mayor and Moscow Government in September 2018.
