Roman has been with the International Medical Cluster Foundation since 2020, heading the development of the cluster's digital system.
At the IMC Foundation, Roman oversees the deployment of information technologies for design and construction: using drones, BIM technologies, facial recognition and IoT makes it possible to achieve significant savings in the construction of IMC clinics. Roman Gabaidulin's team is also creating a digital twin of the IMC's infrastructure that should allow them to simultaneously process information from more than 30 thousand sensors of the utility and fire safety systems installed in the medical cluster's five buildings.
From 2012 to 2019, Roman worked on technology support at the Sochi Olympics and the FIFA World Cup and implemented projects related to information, communications and radio networks at Nokia, MTS and the Russian Ministry for Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media.
